This is not to say that governments do not have the responsibility to act with as much justice as possible. The ambiguity of human existence should lead us not to arrogance but to humility. We must do the best we can with the terrible choices before us. But no nation, not even Sweden with its amazing self-righteousness in international affairs can afford the luxury of waiting for the absolutely right decision. There isn t any.
