The (aid John Bacon was father of Edmund Bacon of Drink flon, who married Elizabeth, daughter of Crofts, by whom he had ilfue'john Bacon, whomarried Agnes, daughter of Tho mas Cockfield, and had iliue Robert Bacon of'drinton, who lies buried at Heifer, with Ifabella his wife, daughter of John Cage, of Pakenham in Suffolk, by whom he had iffue three fons and two daughters, viz. ~i.thomas Bacon, of Northaw, in Hertfordlhire, who married the daughter of Brown, but died without Tue. 2. Sirnich'olas Bacon,'hereafter mentioned. 3. James Bacon, Alderman of London, who died in 1573, and lies buried 'ar St. Dunf'tan's in the Eaf'c, London leaving ifi'ue, 1. Sir James Bacon, of Friflon in sulfolk,'-kut. Who married Elizabeth, daughter ofbacon of Hefi'etu -2; William; and'o'ne daughter, Anne, married to, George Revert of Bra'ndefion in Suffolk. The daughters of the faid robert'bacon were, B'ar bara, married to Robert Shar and Anne to Robert Blackman, both of St. Edmondfbury in Suffolk.
