Many years experience as tailor, teacher, and business man, during which time he has made a close study of the art of cutting, has made him master of the situation, and enables him to assert with confidence that by the system of Actual Measurement alone can the tailor be successful in his calling; and the object of this book is to teach in the most simple manner how that object is to be attained, and when attained to free him from the many annoyances of complaints from his customers of misfits, etc., which too often involves the loss of much valuable time, and not even then giving the satisfaction desired.
