Excerpt from Rules, Procedure, Forms: Workmen's Compensation, Insurance and Safety Act

The following rules shall go into immediate effect under the provisions of Chapter 176 of the Laws of 1913, and shall govern in any matter or pro ceeding relating to the administration of said act by the Industrial Accident Commission; provided, the Commission may later amend or abrogate any Of said rules when deemed necessary or expedient in the administration of said act.
