This book is a record of the General Assembly of the Colony of Connecticut from 1734 to 1735. The assembly met in New Haven in October of 1735 and established and confirmed Lieutenant and Ensign positions in various trainbands, appointed guardians for minors, established and revised rates and duties on imports and exports, established acts for regulating duties, granted land to petitioners, set aside judgments and granted new trials, revised and confirmed existing laws, elected new officials and voted on various appointments, and standardized military fines.
