One is led to the utmost part of the building where a pleasant balcony is provided for all visitors. Here one may spend hours at a time and never tire of the majestic splendor of Niagara. It'is indeed a difficult task to decide whether the snowy mantle which clothes the great world-wonder in winter makes her more beautiful and picturesque than her garb of summer finery, with the more delicate tint of the summer's hues - a back ground of foliage of green and brown and the blue horizon beyond.
