Thompson (officiating Political Secretary): I move, Sir, that the Bill to prevent the dissemination by means of books, newspapers and other documents of matter calculated to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against Princes or Chiefs of States in India or the Governments or Administrations established in such States, be taken into consideration.
