In pursuance of two several Acts of Parliament, one, having been passed in the 58th year of His late Majesty George the Third, chapter 9l,-and the Other, in the 59th year of the same King, chapter 81, - both of which Acts have been continued by an Act, which was passed in the 5th year of His present Ma jesty George the Fourth, chapter 58.
