Mr. Johnson of South Dakota. If the Secretary of Labor still agrees with his previous opinion, he could order the deportation of these men to-morrow morning.

Mr. Hooh. I do not think there is any question that the Secretary of Labor has final authority under the law.

Mr. Johnson of South Dakota. He must believe that they must be allowed to live in this country or he is not living up to his convie tions.
