Excerpt from Lectures on Industrial Psychology

They were delivered at the Sydney University, under the auspices of the Worker's Educational Association in 1916, and again in 1917 under the auspices of the University Extension Board. In the present edition, the text of the first edition has been altered in a few important particulars. The chief change has been made in the first section of the fourth lecture, which has been largely rewritten and is now a more intelligible presentation of Scientific Management than it was in the earlier edition. For the rest, a few paragraphs have been added here and there, and some inaccuracies eliminated.
