An outlet for children of 'writing age' who find it hard to express their feelings in the spoken word. This is not a 'daily' diary - it is a diary specially for those times when children are angry, confused or sad and perhaps don't want Mum and Dad to know. It is a small 'safe' place for pre-teen children to let their feelings out without guilt. It is my hope that this little book will encourage children to find safety in writing while they sort through their emotions. The introduction to the diary also encourages children to find a way to talk to someone about their feelings when the time is right - even if this means 'sharing' the words they have written.
