James P. Lewis, Ph.D., is the founder of The Lewis Institute, Inc., an association of professionals providing project management and behavioral consulting and training throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, and the Far East. This includes team building, project management, engineering management, and problem solving to several Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the United States. Lewis has trained more than 60,000 managers and supervisors since 1981, drawing on his many years of first-hand experience as a product engineering manager, chief engineer, and project manager.
