Dr. Scott M. Weiner is the Head of Quantitative Strategy and senior Portfolio Manager for the Exchange-Traded Products team at Janus Henderson Investors. He is a member of the firm’s Index Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the Janus Henderson Foundation. Prior to his tenure at Janus Henderson, Dr. Weiner was the U.S. Head of Equity Derivatives and Quantitative Strategy at Deutsche Bank and was a Lecturer at Oxford University. His research has been published in Mathematical Finance; The Journal of Money, Credit and Banking; and The Journal of Business and Economic Statistics. Dr. Weiner earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, received his master’s and doctoral degrees in economics from Oxford University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
