"This is an important book. It describes the business system that organizations around the world so desperately need, and it reminds us that when it comes to solving the complex and urgent problems of our time, human decision-making and teamwork are just as important as technology."Daniel T. Jones, coauthor of The Machine That Changed the World and Lean Thinking
"Scaling your business while remaining agile can feel like an impossible task, but fear not! Fabrice and Benoît have developed a practical playbook that is based on their deep experience, providing you with the tools you need to continue to reap the benefits of Lean as your business grows."—Colin Bryar, coauthor of Working Backwards, and former Amazon VP

This groundbreaking guide from Fabrice Bernhard and Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle—the leaders of the international technology consultancy Theodo—shows how to combine Lean Thinking with the speed and scale of technology to create more value with less wasted resources.

The Lean Tech Manifesto is the Agile Manifesto that scales. It is a guide to creating and maintaining an Agile culture in a tech organization of multiple teams, to deliver more value to the customer, faster, cheaper, while continuing to innovate. It leverages the decades of experience of Lean Thinking, a key source of inspiration for the Agile movement as well as for tech pioneers like Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos, who were taught Lean Thinking early in their journey.

You'll learn how to:

  • Lead your organization with value for the customer
  • Empower a network of teams with problem-solving and collaboration technology
  • Prevent defects from reaching users with a right-first-time approach
  • Deliver continuously in complex environments with just-in-time techniques
  • Continue innovating by building a customer-led learning organization

The Lean Tech Manifesto offers a practical blueprint for combining Lean strategy with the speed and scale of technology to create more value with less wasted resources.
