Multiple Personality: An Experimental Investigation Into The Nature Of Human Individuality is a book written by Boris Sidis in 1919. The book explores the concept of multiple personality disorder, also known as dissociative identity disorder, which was a relatively new and controversial topic at the time of its publication. In the book, Sidis presents his research on the condition, including case studies of patients he had treated who exhibited multiple personalities. He also discusses his theories on the nature of human individuality and how the condition relates to it. Sidis was a prominent psychologist and philosopher who was known for his work on hypnosis and abnormal psychology. He was one of the first psychologists to study multiple personality disorder and his book is considered a pioneering work in the field. Overall, Multiple Personality: An Experimental Investigation Into The Nature Of Human Individuality is a comprehensive exploration of a complex and fascinating psychological condition. It provides valuable insights into the nature of human consciousness and the ways in which it can be disrupted and altered. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
