Fisher is a Researcher at the Human Rights Research and Education Centre at the University of Ottawa, Canada and an affiliated Research Fellow at the Erik Castrén Institute of International Law and Human Rights at the University of Helsinki. She is the author of Moral Accountability and International Criminal Law.
