Mr John Silvester Mr James Billinge Mr Henry Farrington Mr Richard Yates Mr Robert Ashworth The Jurors aforesaid do present (upon the Oath of John Pooley) James Sutcliffe for laying Dung and other Compost in a certain Street or place extending from Longworth's Folly to Lloyd Street within this Manor And also for leaving his Cart or Carts in the same Street or Place for several days together which is a great Nuisance to His Majesty's Subjects And therefore they do Amerce the said James Sutcliffe in the Sum of Ten pounds and ten shillings James Sutcliffe. The Jurors aforesaid do present (upon the Oath of John Pooley) John Hartley for laying Dung and other Compost in a certain Street or place extending from Longworth's Folly to Lloyd Street within this Manor and also for leaving his Cart or Carts in the same Street or place for several days together which is a great Nuisance to his Majesty's Subjects And therefore they do Amerce the said John Hartley in the sum of Ten pounds and ten shillings John Hartley. Then the said Court was adjourned to Monday the Blank day of January next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to the Court Room aforesaid. of Sir John Parker Moslcy Baronet Lord of the Manor afore-said holden at Manchester aforesaid the Thirtieth day of April in the Thirty eightfh Year of the Reign of King George the Third over Great Britain and so forth Before John Cross Esquire Steward of the said Court. Easter 1798.--Names Of The Jurors.
