Joseph Tan, Ph.D., currently on leave from the University of British Columbia, is professor and head of the Information System and Manufacturing Department at Wayne State University. He serves as guest editor and editorial board member for various journals and sits on key organizing committees for local, national, and international meetings and conferences.
