Paul W. Branscum, PHD, RD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma.
 
Ashutosh Atri, MD, MS, is a practicing psychiatrist in Kearney, Nebraska, and has completed graduate training in health promotion and education from the University of Cincinnati.
