Über die Autorinnen und Autoren
Abhay Ashtekar is the founding Director of the Institute for Gravitation and the Cosmos, and holds the Eberly Chair in Physics, at Pennsylvania State University. He is a Fellow of the AAAS and the APS, and a former President of the International Society for General Relativity and Gravitation.
Beverly K. Berger is a former Program Director for Gravitational Physics at the US National Science Foundation. She is a Fellow of the APS, and was the founder of the APS Topical Group on Gravitation.
James Isenberg is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Oregon and former Eisenbud Professor at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in Berkeley. He is a Fellow of the APS.
