Two years ago, Steven Walters experienced a tragedy. Despite his best efforts, his privileged life began to slip as he fell into a dark depression he refused to acknowledge. Even worse, the police picked him up out of suspicion he was suicidal. Now Steven must navigate a mental hospital, all the while maintaining the veneer of sanity for the sake of his psych evaluation. If he can convince the doctors that he’s not suicidal then they have to let him go.
