They were entertaining.Suddenly the ashes of his heart's desire burst into flames as he realized he could, after all, satisfy his heart's desire, maybe not on stage as a Rockette, but he could mount the stages of the human mind and do exactly what he always wanted to do, what he felt he was born to do – entertain. Within the pages of this volume are the stories he created by stepping aside and permitting his characters to take over and tell the story while he did nothing more than copy the words and actions down on paper.
