Anything is Possible: A Collection of Poems - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Moira Merryweather has always written. She had her first collection of poems, Stookey Blues and Fat Hen, published under her married name of Moira Clark. Moira was Poet in Residence for Eastleigh Borough Council for the year 2000, which began with a photo shoot with the then new Poet Laureate, Andrew Motion. She lives in rural Shropshire with her two dogs.Like a brisk fleet of buses, these poems will take you out and about, with or without the family, among homes and gardens, fields and forests. Beware though, lest you find yourself aboard a parsnip boat – or even stranded like the damselfly, transported, with 'iridescent wings proud and drying out in the summer's slanting eye'.
