Her scientific and research interests focus on solving problems related to the implementation of management information systems in enterprises and improving management information processes.

She is an Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Marketing of the Faculty of Business Technologies of the Technical University of Georgia. Her field of research is tourism statistics, gender statistics, social statistics, and business statistics.

Lilla Knop is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Organization and Management, Silesian University of Technology, Poland and Chairperson of the Discipline Council for Management and Quality Studies. Her research interests cover the areas of strategic and innovation management, inter-organizational networks, clusters and partnership management, and business ecosystems.
