Anoop V. S is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Analytics at Thiagarajar School of Management (Autonomous), Madurai, India. In his previous roles, he worked as a Research Officer at the School of Digital Sciences, Kerala University of Digital Sciences, Innovation and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, India, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, Canada. His primary research interest is Applied Natural Language Processing and has published research papers in journals and conferences of national and international repute.

Suhasini Verma is an associate professor, in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management and Commerce, Manipal University Jaipur, India. She has 15 years of research and teaching experience in finance, FinTech, and economics, and has presented several research papers at international and national seminars and published research papers in reputable journals.

Usharani Hareesh Govindarajan is a Tenured Assistant Professor of Information Management and Systems at the Business School, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. His work experience as a research and development Engineer for the Nokia Siemens Networks (a joint venture between Nokia of Finland and Siemens of Germany) and Verizon Wireless in America has helped him understand the iterative development of technologies in Europe and America. He has published research papers in leading international journals.
