Andrea Giraldez-Hayes is a chartered psychologist, executive coach, supervisor, psychotherapist, and consultant with a remarkable track record in academia and professional practice. She is the course director for the MSt in coaching at the University of Cambridge. Max Eames is a chartered psychologist, senior accredited psychotherapist, and registered applied psychology practitioner supervisor in private practice. As an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, he has extensive teaching, clinical, and supervisory experience in both private-sector and National Health Service-affiliated settings.
