He was consulted on crowd safety for the Annual Pilgrimage to Makkah (Hajj), Olympic events the UK Royal Wedding, international festivals and mass gatherings. His opinion is sought by government and safety regulators around the world. He develops and teaches crowd safety and crowd risk analysis courses from Level 3 through to Level 7 (MSc).
