Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Frank Howard is Vice President of AoteA Global Services Ltd. and heads up the company’s United States division. AoteA is an innovator in the IT offshoring industry and a leading provider of IT offshoring services with operations based in East Africa and sales offices in several countries around the globe. As one of the company’s key partners, Frank adds 30 years of IT-related business acumen and creative solution-building expertise to his colleagues’ decades of IT outsourcing/offshoring experience. His primary role at AoteA is to help clients maximize the ROI on their IT resources. Throughout his career, Frank has established himself as a thought leader, an “idea guy” who thinks outside the box, and a proven builder of long-term relationships with clients. Frank served in the U.S. Air Force and attended Old Dominion University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is active in his community as a volunteer and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for local non-profit organizations.
