“What is that sound?”Grandpa thought he could hear something in the basement so he got out of bed and went downstairs.When Grandpa and Scout got to the bottom of the stairs, they were amazed at what they saw.On top of the TV lay a very large kitty cat.Grandpa moved closer to the big kitty. Scout followed.Grandpa said to Scout, “This is not a kitty cat at all.This is a LION!”These stories have been written over the course of several years.Some were written for my own amusement.Others were written as assignments for WriteOn Joliet.Others were written late at night when I should have been asleep.Most of them are based on true storieswhile others are pure flights of fanciful fiction.I'll let the reader decide which category each story fits into.
