Kelvin G. Lee, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of Eagle Heights Consulting Solutions. For the past thirty years he has developed and moved leaders toward success. His work has made him the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding leadership from the Mayor of Virginia Beach, Va., and various organizations. The former naval officer and enlisted service member has led as a corporate manager and senior manager in production, warehouse, distribution, training, inventory, transportation, and operations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and an M.B.A from the Saint Leo University, and a Doctorate of Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his work in the corporate sector, he serves his community in such roles as board member of Communities in Schools (Kalamazoo, MI), and Kalamazoo Community Corrections Advisory Board. He also teaches business and leadership courses as an adjunct professor for Ohio Christian University, and is an active member of his church as a member of the Board of Trustees, a School of the Bible teacher, Director of Christian Education, and Director of Discipleship. He has frequently appeared as a guest speaker on the television talk show, Bible Talk. Lee has traveled to more than 150 countries and speaks Japanese and Spanish. His interests are motivational speaking, reading, writing poetry, jogging, swimming, traveling, mentoring, and spending quality time with his family. He currently lives in Michigan with his wife, Titania “Ti” and their two beautiful children, Aniya and Ayden.
