P. K. Wayne, Ed. D. is an author and freelance writer residing in the Atlanta metro area. She is a graduate of Spelman College and continued on to earn a Doctorate in Education. P. Odessa Brooks is an author and illustrator. She studied animation at the Art Institute of Atlanta. After graduating with a BFA in Media Arts & Animation, Odessa spent many years working in the kid's entertainment industry working for a Fortune 500 company. She is a wife and mother. She remains deeply connected to the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, writing and working with an array of art mediums.

Ja'Zmin McKeel is a student and rising artist at the Dekalb School of the Arts. She enjoys reading, drawing and singing. She has always enjoyed being creative. As a result, she has had at 2 of her works featured at the High Museum of Art. She has worked with many mediums such as pastels, acrylic paint, watercolors, colored pencils and clay. Her preferred mediums are graphite and colored pencils.
