Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sharon Cho worked with an old Chinese Kung-Fu Master in Singapore in the 70’s. Together, they explored healing energies applying pressure on different parts of the body. Almost instantly, his efforts helped relieved her from different ailments. Remembering his teachings and utilizing teachings from other sources like massage therapy, physical therapy and philosophy, Sharon developed the RIGI Method to successfully ease her own pain from a pinched nerve in her neck. Afterwards, she continued using the RIGI Method to the point where she was able to halt her gradually-growing hunched back to stand and sit up straight.
