Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Father and daughter, David and Elizabeth Darst love their energetic growing family. First there was Flora of "Flim Flam Flora" who just wouldn't go to bed, then Quentin who wants to know the answer to everything and, maybe, little Lulu will be next!

Nicole Alesi is an illustrator and designer based in New York City. Her colorful and whimsical illustrations have been featured on book covers, magazine publications, and greeting cards. She is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology as well as the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. A New York native, she enjoys collecting subway trains with her son John and going on long walks in Central Park with their french bulldog, Rocco.

Author, educator, financier, and triathlete David M. Darst spends all of his energy and every waking moment preparing himself to answer Quentin's questions.


Having thought she honed her bedtime-hour skills with Flim Flam Flora, Elizabeth Darst has discovered whole new realms of delay tactics through Quentin's unrelenting curiosity. This former dancer is kept on her toes by her husband and 3 children!
