The transition after high school is the most challenging season of life for teenagers and according to statistics, represents a great gap in student discipleship. For 25 years, Tommy McGregor has been focused on the ministry of preparing teenagers for the transition to life after high school. When he started TheTransMission in 2010, he began training ministry leaders to equip students with faith ownership by the time they graduate from high school. One of the platforms he uses is to share this vision through a live workshop for ministry leaders called Bridging The Gap. Now, Tommy has put that training content into this book in hopes to reach more youth pastors with this message.
