This book of Poetry by Etta H. Bond was inspired by certain events that occurred in her life. The poem Reaching New Heights came about as a result of a poetry contest that she entered and was thrilled to have won third place. It doesn't matter how young or old you are, always strive to discover your purpose, and work diligently towards fulfilling that purpose. If there are hurdles to overcome, setbacks to recover from, persistence will guide you to victory. Hopefully as you read each poem you will be uplifted, and motivated to dream and aspire to Reach New Heights.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Etta Bond and her husband reside in Henrico County, Virginia. She is currently employed full time, but hopes to retire within the next couple of years. After retirement, she plans on spending most of her days doing what she has always love to do, which is writing. Along with writing poetry, she enjoys writing short stories. She aspires to someday write several best sellers.
