A FEW TIPS TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE BOOK: * Read the recipe through before starting. Planning time appropriately is the most important step. * Use wooden, plastic or silicone coated tools to preserve and avoid scratches in the coating. * Order or search about ingredients online if you do not have or they are unfamiliar. * When a recipe calls for wine, always choose one that you would also be willing to drink. Thinking back to my youth, I have wonderful memories learning to cook with my aunts and mother in their heritage cast iron. Today, I think of these special women daily and am so proud to use these revolutionary pans with "Zakarian" on them, representing all that they had taught me along the way.
