Inhaltsangabe

For over 25 years, we have been fascinated by what makes people ‘psychologically strong and healthy’.

Following that curiosity, we have observed, listened to, read about and engaged with some very ‘sorted’ human beings.

By modelling the behaviours, qualities, characteristics and thought processes of many of these wonderful human beings, we have developed a range of ideas, models, tools, tips and techniques to help others remain strong when life and work gets tough.

HOW TO USE THIS BOOK

The Little Book of Resilience is a ‘dip in’ book, designed to give you an idea on each page that you might reflect on and wherever possible, take action.

For each idea, consider:

Where do I do that already?

Where could I do that more often?

Where could I begin doing that?

How might I do that?

With whom?
