Inhaltsangabe

Your essential guide to writing simple temporary letters of intent for construction and building projects that keep your project on schedule. Designed for the lay-person and aimed at builders, this book gives you all you need to write a simple agreement for early works. This style of letter of intent won’t allow contract completion to drift.

Although the UK construction industry uses them regularly, you may not understand what they need to be a legal agreement, what they shouldn't include to avoid confusing the users, or the risks involved. This book explains what happens if you say nothing and provides the words you need to create your own, quickly and easily.

In just a couple of hours, you can create your own letters of intent (instead of recycling old ones) that are legally robust, as well as being super easy to read, understand and use. At just under 2-pages long, they will be very quick to get agreed in a hurry too.

You will learn

  • What a letter of intent is
  • Why you need simple letters of intent
  • How to write the words you need
  • How to use your letter of intent successfully.
This book will help lawyers, consultants, project managers and contractors to avoid disputes, get a simple temporary contract agreed fast and get on with agreeing the rest of the deal.
