Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Renowned as a clairvoyant and a teacher of the Western Mysteries at Daylesford School of Arcane Knowledge, Penny Reilly is an initiated Bard in the Tradition of the Druid. Moving on this year to the Order of Ovate, Penny has a passion for the Old Ways of the British Isles; she will be returning there this year to carry out research for her nonfiction books and her second ‘Cloak of Magick’ series to come. She feels that the gentle path of the Druid, Pagan-Wytchways is the path to take for a sustainable future, connecting us to the land, no matter where we live on the planet. She describes herself as a ‘nature writer’. Her own visionary experiences are very much a part of her storyline, poetry and lyrics …this is her fourth published book. She has previously written articles for alternative magazines, blogs regularly about her ideas and way of life, writes for ‘starts at sixty’ lifestyle blog and has over 5,000 followers on her poetry page ‘earthly rites’, her school and her author page on Facebook. Penny moved to Sydney, Australia in 1980 and to the central highlands of Victoria with her husband David, 18 years ago. They share space with an ‘all sorts’ terrier, an old tabby cat, a small flock of hens and a fat wombat fondly known as ‘Chocolat’, who 262 has adopted them. Keen gardeners, they are becoming selfsufficient on their beautiful rolling acres on the Great Divide; their blended mob of children are long ‘grown and flown’ the coop. The Greenman Ways store opened at Samhain in the UK, Beltane in Australia and the group travelled the Between, to help with the set up. This keeps them all on their toes as the search for Sybille and now for Nina, continues. They find methods to travel the Between, whether they can shape change their skin or not. Tara, Claire and Lily, are helping where they can. Susan has re-discovered the pathways of old through her paintings and has created a portal from her studio, with a painting hung in Greenman Ways in Glastonbury. New members of the group arrived, Vanessa, Annie Savages' daughter; Jamie, fox shapechanger, who has a history with Maeve in the Skeins, yet to unravel. Robert, an old friend and High Priest who worked with Sybille, both professionally and Magickally. who knows where he might fit as the search continues. James has further knowledge to reveal. Quiet Cal, given a vision by Hercurin that will change the outcome of many things, is sworn to secrecy until the right moment to reveal it. Sam experienced huge trauma whilst joining with her aspect Magdalena, as she burned alive as a Wytch; they are now one being, as are Annie and the ancient La Stregga who is attempting to awaken Annie from her intolerant arrogance. La Stregga is trying to compensate for her own unforgivable misdemeanour of oath breaking, in the fear for her own safety that revealed Magdalena. She dies as Magdalena burns, slamming though the veil into Annie, reuniting them as one. Aelish has no mercy for their mutual weaknesses. Bethan has more questions as to how her mother died and what part her Fae father, Aithlin has yet to play in the tangled threads. Aerandir has agreed to help find out more as he too attempts to make sense of his fiercely competitive and arrogant mother Aelish, sister to Aithlin.
