As the Team Leader of her own successful real estate business, she is responsible for oversight, training and development of team members. Tricia’s training background includes a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate from Brigham Young University (1994), agent trainer at AllPro Realty Group and co-founder of its agent mastermind group. She has taught and mentored agents at Pro Star Realty Group, and taught agent business development courses at Keller Williams South Valley Realty. Tricia currently co-owns and operates INAEQUO Systems for Real Estate Agents. This dynamic company is devoted to coaching and training real estate professionals and providing systems and tools to take their business to the next level. DONNA WYSINGER Real Estate Consultant & Marketing Coordinator MOVE Utah Real Estate Trainer, Designer, & Operations Director INAEQUO Systems for Real Estate Agents Donna spent the first 16 years of her career writing curriculum and books, designing training materials, and instructing students and teachers for Challenger Schools, Inc. – an organization known worldwide for its premier education. For over a decade, Donna has worked in the real estate field as a consultant for buyers and sellers, as an investor, and as a property manager for the properties she has owned. She has a degree in Interior Design with emphasis in construction, space planning, and adaptive reuse. She uses her education to assist real estate investors and she now works with real estate teams to improve their marketing and systems. Donna currently leads training sessions for new agents and real estate professionals desiring improvement in systems, lead generation, and marketing. She is also a certified Quantum NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. Additionally, Donna is co-owner of INAEQUO Systems for Real Estate Agents and, with Tricia, utilizes their combined background and experience to develop systems and products patterned after their own successful business practices.
