In China, the State Grid Corporation of China meets the electric power demand of over 1.2 billion people. It is the largest state-owned power supply enterprise in the world, and ranked 7th in Global Fortune 500, and the No. 1 public utility service provider in 2012. This large state-owned enterprise, apart from being an absolute monopoly at home, is also aggressively expanding abroad. The State Grid has over 1.86 million employees, who are working on various positions such as production, grid construction, marketing service and corporate management. The author of this book is from the State Grid Training Center, who discovered the importance of psychology during the employee training process. In this book, a large number of cases were discussed, applied with psychological interpretation, to analyze various work-related psychological challenges faced by employees, and propose feasible guidance and solutions. The Chinese version of this book has been published in 2012 by China Electric Power Press, and is one of the “2012 Chinese Libraries’ Recommended Books”
