K.J. Frolander learned to pray in the Vineyard Movement beginning in 1994, both seeing and experiencing miraculous healings and God-interventions. In 2004, God took her on a learning adventure into the 24/7 Prayer & Worship Movement in the IHOP model. While living in Jerusalem in 2007-2008, she led a 2-hour prayer watch at Succat Hallel, one of the 24/7 houses of prayer overlooking Mount Zion. There, and in 2010-2011 at Richmond International House of Prayer (Virginia) she learned to pray big, wide, nation-sweeping prayers, based in God’s Word and God’s intentions for the nations. She says, “God invites us into the story He is writing in the earth today though intercession. Who wouldn’t want to affect eternity?” Frolander resides in Birmingham, Alabama with her family where she teaches on Israel and functions as the missions coordinator for Inverness Vineyard Church, training and sending teams within partnerships to India, Nicaragua, Kenya, and Israel.
