Inhaltsangabe

After Rotar's near disaster with human reincarnation, he returns to Washington D.C. to live in secret with his new family, Amanda Tregnier and her two children, Howard and Michelle. Tony Ramsey organizes with his brother-in-law, the President of the United States, a mission to travel into space to locate Rotar's planet. Rotar must return the "Book of Knowledge" to Rotarious, but Amanda's husband Peter is missing in space and Rotar insists on finding the elusive scientist. Due to U.S. funding issues the space program is put on hold, but Rotar is convinced he can concoct his own unconventional method to take his new family and friends into space. Amanda Tregnier does not believe they are going anywhere at all. But with help from Aeolius, Lord of the Wind, they launch into a dark, mysterious universe to look for planets that may or may not still be in existence. Peter Tregnier is thought to be on a foreign planet far away from his root planet, Rowundum. Rotar sets course to rescue and transfer him to the planet where Peter experienced a previous existence through a past-life recall experiment. Rotar believes the secrets to Peter's ancestral powers can benefit Earth's energy needs. Amanda Tregnier has her own agenda to scatter her mother's ashes on her desired planet, a planet she remembered when she metamorphosed back to a former life there. And Rotar is anxious to reach his planet to be reunited with his mother. But she has an infinity candle that can end her life at will if blown out. Has she waited the 400 years he's been away on Earth? Obstacles and challenges abound for the space travelers as they journey on board Cosmo City through worm holes and space debris. They must battle encounters with space rogues and attacks from pirate ships equipped with advanced aerodynamic weapons. Dragonians threaten them when they transit the cosmic cross. Visiting alien worlds that do not wish to welcome them present additional problems, but ingenious methods lead them to planets where they are confronted by species that are more advanced and others who are not. They learn of the many needs and wants in the universe, and in an effort to survive, bend time and space to complete their goals through the advancement and reversal of time. Preparing to return to Earth carrying with them a UFO for the President of the United States, they are met with another daunting challenge. Will they be allowed to re-enter with the gift? Or be turned away to relocate to another world?

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

An avid reader, I enjoy the fictional world of suspense, mystery, fantasy, science fiction, historical romance and historical fiction. My growing up experiences include living with my family in Norway, Canada, U.S.A. and France. I am tri-lingual. In junior college I studied English and psychology, and then intensive French at Stanford University summer school, and at University of Grenoble, France. My stimulating exposure to different cultures, ideas, sociological, economical and political systems studying with over 6,000 foreign students and 30,000 French students in Grenoble convinced me to make travel a career before settling down. I was headed for the diplomatic service when fate took a turn and I became the first female cruise director in the world for Royal Viking Line out of San Francisco. I worked at sea for eight years. My travels have now taken me to 118 countries, many of them several times, where I have gained a wealth of insight into the peoples of the world. I cruised with authors Irving Stone, John D. MacDonald and Helen Van Slyke, all of whom inspired me to pursue my writing passion. My more recent studies were at Orange Coast College and Chapman University, both located in Orange County, California, and American River College in Sacramento, California where I studied creative writing. I attended writer's workshops and writer's conferences, learning the pains and gains of editing and rewriting. On the human relations side, I have a deep social conscience and whenever I listen to friends sharing their problems, or attend seminars and lectures, I consider how their difficulties could be told in story-form to benefit others. I also like to include a world view in my writing so that people who do not have the opportunity to travel can better relate to foreigners and progress toward peace through global understanding. I am also a movie buff and write with the film in mind. I've had articles published in the San Francisco Examiner, the Los Altos News, and was featured in an article in Time Magazine in 1972. Hobbies include skiing, golf, boating, reading, movies, metaphysical and intellectual discussion groups, book clubs and volunteer involvement with charities, especially those dealing with juvenile delinquents and environmental issues.
