Denise Weiner Denise’s journey from Corporate America to an art studio began fourteen years ago with a watercolor class at a spa. That experience led her on a journey of formal painting classes, art trips to Europe and the ultimate decision to end her successful career in the corporate sector. Denise is now living her dream life filled with art, travel, writing and enjoying her five grandchildren. With over thirty years in communications, marketing and international business, she has learned that art and play enhance professional and personal life. Denise has passed along her passion for art and creativity to her grandchildren and has been able to spend the last 9 years painting and teaching them about life as they paint. “Art Lessons From Grandma” is her first published book. Denise lives in Port Monmouth, New Jersey with her husband, Mark. Mikayla Houston Mikayla is in the 4th grade and lives in Holmdel, New Jersey with her Mom, Dad and sister, Maya. She loves art, music, writing, singing, dancing and anything creative.
