K. Patrick Conner worked at the San Francisco Chronicle for more than twenty years, including five years as City Editor. A winner of the Joseph Henry Jackson award, Conner is the author of four novels, including Westbound. He lives on San Francisco's Russian Hill with his wife Christine Cuccia and their cats.
