Over the course of his career, Mr. Chapman has primarily focused on helping organizations improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their information technology investments and operations. His deep technical and management expertise spans governance and steering; technical business management; systems design and development; infrastructure architecture; and seat management. In addition to his technology experience, Mr. Chapman has also helped clients improve programmatic performance as well as navigate and manage large-scale change in complex, political environments. Mr. Chapman's clients have included the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the US Environmental Protection Agency, the US Department of Energy, the US Federal Trade Commission, the National Institutes of Health, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the American Cancer Society, Bertelsmann AG, Advance Publications, Discovery Communications, and Random House. Mr. Chapman possesses a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
