Rebecca Tinsley is a human rights activist and journalist. She founded the humanitarian aid group Network for Africa to help survivors of genocide n Rwanda, Uganda and Sudan rebuild their lives. She is a former BBC reporter, and the founder of Waging Peace, a human rights group campaigning against genocide. Rebecca lives with her husband Henry Tinsley in London, England and Santa Barbara California. Her two previously published novels are 'Settlement Day' and 'The Judas File.'
