Beth Birmingham is an associate professor of leadership and change at Eastern University. Beth Birmingham holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University, an MBA in International Economic Development from Eastern University, and a BSc in Marketing from West Chester University. She serves on the board of Sisters in Service.Scott Todd is the senior ministry advisor in the president s office at Compassion International. During his tenure at Compassion he has served as director of the AIDS Initiative, Child Survival Program, and Complementary Interventions a set of programs ranging from disaster response to Bible distribution. Dr. Todd is chairman of the board of directors for Association of Relief and Development Organizations (AERDO) and serves on the board of Micah Challenge USA.
