Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Eric Morris, one of the most sought-after acting coaches in the country, has been teaching for fifty-eight years. His eight previous books are published in the U.S. and other countries around the world. His theater and home are in Los Angeles.

Eric has created a complete system, which in large part is dedicated to freeing the individual from psychological and emotional blocks to expression. For the last 25 years it has become clear to him that the techniques that he was using with actors also worked for people who were not actors and that they were responsible for life-changing breakthroughs and for completely altering their personalities in extremely positive ways.
