Ron P. Wallace graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and was a starting defensive end for the Seminoles football team. He received a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a major in Theology and completed additional graduate work at Oxford University in Oxford, England. Ron’s ministerial background includes senior pastorates in Louisiana and Georgia. His business background includes corporate training for national corporations and governmental organizations. Ron’s ministerial and corporate backgrounds allow him to see the mountain highs and valley lows people encounter in everyday life. It is Ron’s desire to encourage those who experience difficult trials and heartbreaks in life. He writes from personal experiences in his own life, especially many dark nights of the soul. Those dark nights include the tragic death of his wife, Dianne, while parenting three children. A few years later, Ron married the former Lois Jane Huddleston who experienced the death of her husband earlier in her life.
